You will be notified by email, which shipping company will be delivering your item after approval of your photos.

The estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided once you have placed your order with Wild Wood Factory. As all orders are handmade by our highly skilled manufacturers, delivery lead time is around 3-5 weeks for storage items and 5 weeks for tables, dining sets. Lead time for custom orders will be provided individually.
Please, take note that the lead time counts from the day you receive your order confirmation email.
The estimated delivery week is provided once your order is ready. The exact delivery date is provided by us or the partner’s delivery company at least 24 hours before the delivery.
Please note that if you can`t accept delivery on a specific date provided by the delivery company, the delivery might be rearranged for the following week.
In some emergency cases, the delivery date could be changed, you`ll be notified ASAP.

If you unable to assist the driver
We use third-party Transport companies to ship out our products to customers. Therefore, transport companies ship all our products, using their own standard shipping method. If you need an additional person, then you will have to find or hire someone to assist on the day of the delivery.
If you’ve missed your delivery:
Usually, there is only one delivery attempt. However, if you still missed your delivery, Transport Company will deliver an item for the second time. You will be notified about the second delivery option.
We care about the environment and we know you do too which is why we’ve long-distance delivery. When we’re delivering to you from afar, we make sure to time this with deliveries to other customers close by to help reduce the carbon footprint of your delivery. So, once you’ve placed your order we will agree to a week for delivery. The day before your delivery we will contact you to confirm the exact day.
It's important that you inspect your order on delivery. Please make photos of the packaging once you've received the item. If you're not happy, let our delivery partner know, or contact us.
NB! You need to mark any damage that has occurred in CMR documentation who receiving the goods!
Our team checks your furniture to make sure it's up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we've missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just let us know within 14 days. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item, or arrange for a collection. We'll either give you a refund, arrange for a repair, or offer you a replacement. In order to expect the item, we will need to receive it back - packed, preferably in its original packaging.
